Each individual may hold only one rrr3 account. Creating or operating multiple accounts — including accounts under different names or mobile numbers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.
All bonuses issued by rrr3 are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in the individual bonus terms at the time of issuance. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements results in forfeiture of the bonus amount.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rrr3 login credentials. rrr3 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to safeguard your username and password. Report suspected unauthorised access to rrr3 support immediately.
All rrr3 account balances, deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). rrr3 does not charge conversion fees on PKR transactions. Withdrawal processing times and minimum/maximum limits are specified in the Payment Terms section below.
rrr3 prohibits collusion, match fixing, use of automated betting software, exploitation of software errors, money laundering, and any other conduct intended to gain an unfair advantage. Violations result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and reporting to relevant authorities where required.
Important Notice: By accessing or using any part of the rrr3 platform — including browsing games, registering an account, placing a bet, or making a deposit — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. 2.2 By registering an account with rrr3, by depositing funds, by placing any bet or wager, or by using any feature of the rrr3 platform, you conclusively acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.
2.3 These Terms should be read in conjunction with rrr3's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and rrr3. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any specific promotional terms issued by rrr3, the specific promotional terms shall prevail in respect of the relevant promotion only.
2.4 rrr3 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the rrr3 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The rrr3 platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. rrr3 operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately, any winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds will be handled in accordance with rrr3's licensing obligations and applicable regulatory guidance.
You must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated, or who are subject to any legal restriction preventing them from entering into contracts, are not eligible to register or use rrr3.
The following categories of individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an rrr3 account:
Each individual may hold only one rrr3 account at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially, and whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. rrr3 employs technical and manual procedures to detect multiple accounts and will close all related accounts upon detection, forfeiting any balances held therein.
To access the full features of rrr3 — including depositing funds, placing bets, and withdrawing winnings — you must register a personal account. Registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms.
rrr3 is required under its licensing obligations to conduct identity verification (KYC) on account holders. KYC procedures may be initiated at registration, upon reaching specified withdrawal thresholds, or at any other time at rrr3's reasonable discretion. KYC typically requires submission of a copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card). Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in restriction of account features including withdrawal capability until verification is satisfactorily completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your rrr3 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. rrr3 is not liable for any losses, unauthorised transactions, or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify rrr3 immediately upon becoming aware of any actual or suspected unauthorised access to your account.
All rrr3 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PKR. rrr3 does not maintain accounts in any other currency and does not apply currency conversion fees to PKR transactions made through supported Pakistani payment methods.
rrr3 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, IBFT, Raast, 1LINK, Visa, and Mastercard. Accepted deposit methods may vary from time to time and are subject to the methods displayed in the Deposit section of your rrr3 account at the relevant time. Minimum deposit amounts are specified within the platform and may vary by payment method.
Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits made using payment accounts belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. rrr3 reserves the right to return deposits originating from third-party payment sources and to suspend the relevant account pending investigation. All deposited funds must represent legitimately sourced income.
Withdrawals from your rrr3 account are subject to the following conditions:
rrr3 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, violation of these Terms, or any other circumstance that rrr3's compliance obligations require it to act upon. In such circumstances, rrr3 may be required to report the matter to relevant authorities without prior notification to the account holder.
Welcome bonuses and other promotional offers issued by rrr3 are subject to eligibility criteria specified in the individual bonus terms. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are available to verified account holders who have made at least one qualifying deposit. Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
All bonuses issued by rrr3 are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements"). The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before the bonus funds or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirement multipliers and the games eligible to contribute toward meeting those requirements are specified in the applicable bonus terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots may contribute 100% while live casino table games may contribute at a lower rate. rrr3 reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void associated winnings, and close accounts where it determines that bonus offers have been abused. Conduct that may constitute bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; using low-risk betting strategies specifically to complete wagering requirements while minimising genuine risk; group or syndicated play designed to exploit promotional terms; and any other conduct that rrr3 reasonably determines constitutes an attempt to extract bonus value contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
Bonuses issued by rrr3 are subject to expiry periods as specified in the applicable bonus terms. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that have not been met within the specified period will expire and be removed from your account balance without notice.
rrr3 Bonus Rule: Always check the specific wagering requirements, game contribution rates, and expiry dates applicable to each bonus before accepting it. These details are displayed at the time of bonus issuance.
All bets placed on rrr3 sportsbook markets — including cricket, PSL fixtures, T20 Internationals, and all other sporting events — are subject to rrr3's applicable sportsbook rules as displayed within the platform. All casino games are governed by the rules applicable to the specific game as displayed at the table or game interface. By placing a bet or participating in a game, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of the applicable rules.
A bet or wager is not confirmed and does not become binding on rrr3 until you receive a confirmation reference from the rrr3 platform. In the event of any technical malfunction during bet placement that prevents confirmation from being issued, the relevant bet shall be deemed void and any staked amount returned to your account balance.
rrr3 reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a pricing error, system malfunction, or data feed failure — where the odds offered were materially different from the correct market price at the time of placement. rrr3 will notify affected players and return staked amounts where bets are voided under this provision.
Bets placed on live in-play markets are subject to delays in acceptance. During periods of score changes, wickets falling in cricket, or other significant match events, rrr3 may temporarily suspend live betting to recalibrate odds. Bets placed during a suspension period may be rejected. rrr3 is not responsible for delays in live data feeds from third-party data providers.
rrr3 applies maximum payout limits on individual bets and gaming sessions. Maximum win limits vary by sport, market type, and game. Players are responsible for checking applicable maximum win limits before placing bets. Winnings exceeding maximum limits will be capped at the applicable limit without further obligation on rrr3's part.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rrr3 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended, balances forfeited, and relevant information reported to licensing authorities and law enforcement agencies as appropriate:
9.1 All content on the rrr3 platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, images, text, audio, video, logos, trademarks, and the overall platform design — is the exclusive intellectual property of rrr3 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the rrr3 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, copy, distribute, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the rrr3 platform or its content.
9.3 Any unauthorised use of rrr3's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute a violation of applicable intellectual property laws. rrr3 will pursue all available legal remedies in respect of such violations.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rrr3 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive loss or damage arising out of your use of the rrr3 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.2 rrr3's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited into your rrr3 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the relevant claim.
10.3 rrr3 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of the rrr3 platform or any content accessible through it. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
10.4 rrr3 is not liable for service interruptions caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity failures, power outages, acts of government, natural disasters, or the malfunction of third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or banking partners.
rrr3 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
You may request closure of your rrr3 account at any time by contacting rrr3 customer support. Upon account closure request, rrr3 will process the closure and return any verified Real Money Funds balance to your registered withdrawal method after completing any required verification checks. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
Players who wish to close their rrr3 account for responsible gaming reasons — including self-exclusion due to problem gambling concerns — are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tools available in their account settings or to contact rrr3 support. Responsible gaming account closures may be subject to cooling-off periods during which re-registration will not be permitted. See Section 12 and the Responsible Gaming Policy for further details.

13.1 In the event of any dispute concerning a bet, game outcome, transaction, or any other matter relating to your rrr3 account, you should contact rrr3 customer support in the first instance via live chat or email at [email protected]. rrr3 undertakes to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to respond with a substantive resolution or progress update within 5 business days.
13.2 All disputes must be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. rrr3 will not consider claims relating to events that occurred more than 30 days prior to the complaint submission date.
13.3 Where a complaint cannot be resolved through direct communication between the player and rrr3's customer support team, the matter may be escalated to rrr3's compliance management team. rrr3's written decision in response to an escalated complaint constitutes its final position on the matter for internal dispute resolution purposes.
13.4 In the event that a bet or game result is disputed on technical grounds, rrr3's system records shall constitute primary evidence of the transaction or game outcome. rrr3's records are presumed accurate unless the player can produce credible evidence to the contrary.
14.1 rrr3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, rrr3 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via their registered mobile number or through a notice displayed upon next login.
14.2 Your continued use of the rrr3 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the rrr3 platform immediately and may close your account by contacting customer support.
14.3 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current agreement between you and rrr3.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions, and all disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rrr3 is licensed to operate, as determined by rrr3's current gaming licence.
15.2 Both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction in respect of any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
15.3 Nothing in this clause limits rrr3's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where it reasonably determines it is necessary to protect its rights or prevent ongoing harm.
